"Be A New Creature"
The logo and the slogan has special significance to the Kana Wear brand! The scriptural reference is 2 Corinthians 5:17 which says "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
The Butterfly Symbol represents a "new creation" which we all are on the inside when Christ does the work. Since a butterfly is such a unique creature going through the different phases of life in metamorphosis it is the perfect representation of the company. The butterfly is also a symbol of purpose, so when we say "Be a new creature", we mean to live with purpose on purpose!
The heart wings of course symbolize passion and love, so once you put it all together it means to live with purpose, passion and to be unique in Christ! This is why Kana Wear is the believers brand and why our slogan is so simple. "Be a new creature."
Meet The Head Designer
Shakana Darlene Borders is the Creator of Kana Wear LLC. You can read more about her in the Biography section of the Website. She designs all apparels, accessories, and alongside her daughter Anya, creates Jewelry to sell!
All designs are custom, either made from the request of a customer or the creativity of Shakana directly. She's a Patternmaker and Artist and has even taught Art to ages 6-12yrs old.
She's been an entrepreneur since she was 11yrs old and it's important to her that she create significant products as well as teaches the ministry arts when on a project!
Mini Designer
Look out everyone! There's a mini designer in town and her name is Anya! She's Shakana's 7 year old daughter, and the only youngest member of our team! Shakana is training her now to learn the technical skills of design and entrepreneurship.
She's in the 2nd grade, loves to read, and has an impeccable eye for fashion already. She has been a Party co-host for the Virtual Product Parties held every other weekend and she also makes and sells her own designs as well.
So look out world, because she's going to be the next big thing!

We have a vision to within the next 5 years establish Kana Wear as an online custom design company that specializes in creating and selling Custom Jewelry, Accessories, and Apparel products. Our mission is to create a better online presence on social media and bringing recognition to our website.

We understand that every person needs a wardrobe that makes them feel beautiful inside and out so we do our best to provide services based on those needs and wants.

Customization is one of our strong points! If you want something different from our current collection you can always reach out to us for custom orders. We try our best to create unique looks for everyone! We also provide services that teach our clients liturgical color meanings so they can make a spiritual choice in their wardrobes as well. This is just one of the many ways we encourage creativity among our clients, as well as our staff.
Giving Back
We believe in giving back! Consultation is free of charge and we are open to giving a 10% discount to those who are homeless. Just provide verification, or referral and we will be sure to apply discounts to any full priced item.
